Shipping Cost & Timing
All items ship for FREE and will be shipped within 3 business days via USPS. When your item(s) ship you will receive an email with the tracking number. Insurance is included. I currently do not ship internationally.

Lost & Stolen Items/Items Damaged During Transit
Please note that I am not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit when USPS verifies your package is delivered.

Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect shipment please notify me immediately at hello@alissanichole.com.

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return items within 7 days of the receiving date. All returns must be clean, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed to be eligible for a refund. Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items. Once the item has been received, I will happily issue the refund and send a confirmation email for your records. The cost of returning the item is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please send an email to hello@alissanichole.com in order to receive a confirmation and return address.
